Changing the text set up for Mc names

Changing the text set up for Mc names
How can I get the font to display Mc names with the small c. They are all coming up as MCLEOD instead of McLEOD?

Do you have surnames set to display in upper case?

"Tools" - "Options" - "Database options" untick "Display surnames in upper case"
