What does this mean?

I'm not sure I am posting this in the right section, when I make a post the following appears opposite my name:-

The first two are obvious, but what about the last two, particularly the 'Warning Level' which only appears on my post? I'm just curious

Reputation allows users to rate you. This can be useful in identifying exceptional or troublesome contributors.

Warning level shows if you have broken any forum rules. Once you have a certain number of warnings you will be banned.
